Portable Event Stalls

For those who demand excellence, Hi-Hog’s powder coated portable horse stalls are designed for quick, hassle free installation, year after year.  The panels are light enough to handle and strong enough to endure multiple installations. Ideal for the equine event market.

Hi-Hog's portable horse stalls are the easiest in the industry to install. Our partition panels come with three-way connectors on one end. This design means that a bank of back-to-back stalls will only need one stall post. This makes installations a breeze. And since our three-way  connectors pivot in line with the partition for shipping you can stack them flat and ship them efficiently without worrying about damaging the connectors.

 Portable Stall Front Features:

0. We use TUFF SHEET ®, in the bottom half of our stall fronts and partitions. TUFF SHEET ® is a UV treated, HDPE copolymer designed for extreme outdoor applications where a product is required to withstand fluctuations in temperatures and environment. It possesses high rigidity and excellent impact strength, even in the cold. TUFF SHEET ® is easy to clean and is highly resistant to chemicals.
0. Large connectors allow for easy installation even on uneven grades.
0. Slotted fastener holes allow for expansion and contraction of TUFF SHEET ®.
0. Offset hinges on the centre post allow the gate to be opened flat against the stall face.
0. Simple, secure door latch.
0. Interior vertical provides additional strength.
0. Gate frame is gusseted for additional strength.
0. The top rail of the gate is extended to remove a potential leg trap. Pipe ends have been coned to provide a safe rounded finish.

0. Hi-Hog’s exclusive pivoting connectors rotate in line with the panel for shipping. This means you can stack your panels flat without damaging your connectors.
0. Moving these panels is made easier with our reinforced hand-holds.

0. Forklifts use this gap to move the partitions. Horses will sometimes fight with the horse in the next stall. For this reason Hi-Hog's gap is only 3" to minimize the opportunity of a horse getting its leg caught.

0. when setting up stalls with roofs we recommend using ground anchors on the corners. For wind speeds of 120km/h use ground anchors with a tension rating of 1400 lbs.
